What kind of workplace hero are you?

There are many kinds of heroes. For example, maybe you are the Super Brain coming up with the most ingenious solutions for your company's problems, but not able to get your ideas through to the right people. Maybe your are all Guts, Grit and Glory, getting the work done no matter what the cost, which often includes the needs and feelings of others. Or maybe you are the Great Savior always coming to the rescue of those in distress or trouble, to the point where you never actually get to your own work or get to go home.

Transformation: No radioactive spider needed...

  1. I provide one or more work style assessments based on your needs. Through these assessments we develop a clearer understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, and nemeses.

  2. Identify goals. By taking a look at areas of potential weakness and workplace nemeses, we can set up achievable professional development goals that will significantly improve your performance.

  3. Plan the journey. What steps do you need to take to reach your goals? What resources do you need?

To aid in accomplishing your goals, you get your own Hero Sheet describing your hero stats: workplace strengths, weaknesses, nemeses, and potential workplace allies (i.e. side-kicks) based on your work style assessment results. Using this information, you can design your own hero identity. Whether that identity remains a secret is up to you.
  4. The fourth, and most important, step is the journey itself. I will be there to assist you on your journey, as needed.
