Assemble your Team

Hire right the first time. Whether you are facing aliens or next year's production goals, having an effective team can make or break your success. Using information about your business, I will work with you to design a hiring process and/or on-boarding process that will help you add the hero with the powers and work style needed to complement your existing team.

  1. Gather information about the work styles of the heroes already on the team.

  2. Together, we identify the skill set and interpersonal style of your new hero that will best complement your existing team.

  3. Create a hiring guide that will help you attract the person you need to complete your team.

  4. I offer whatever support you need. Don't have any HR staff to help with hiring and on-boarding? Don't worry:

    1. I can assist with resume review, interviewing, and be a sounding board in making the ultimate decision of who to hire.

    2. Employee on-boarding. The first few weeks can be very important in making sure that the new team member can hit the ground running in job performance and integrating into the team.

 

Develop Your Team

What does your team need to work on to be more effective? What do they need to be the super team they have the potential to be?

  1. Each member of the team does a work style assessment chosen based on the information you need. These assessments provide a picture of the strengths, areas of potential development, and nemeses of each person and for the team as a whole.

  2. Identify goals. By taking a look at your team members' strengths, areas of potential development and workplace nemeses, we can set up achievable team building goals that will significantly improve your team's performance.

  3. Using this information we all work together to understand how all of your heroes can work together as a team. We work together to understand each hero's strengths and how teammates can step in and watch each other's blind spots.
